🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Crochet dolls

For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, return requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If your request is approved, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve it.

🚨 Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
